Credit Card Imprint
Once a transaction has been successfully processed, you will be issued a transaction number. Write it down for your own reference. Both you and your client will receive an SMS confirming a successful transaction.
To help you if the client disputes a charge later on, you must make an imprint of the client’s credit card on the carbon paper invoice that you issue to the client, and obtain the client’s signature on it. Make the imprint by using a pen and scratch over the front of the card.
Check that the signature on the back of the card is the same as on the invoice. If they do not match, you cannot accept the purchase.
Fax the invoice with the credit card imprint to the Fax Invoice number listed above. MonsterPay must receive this fax before the funds will be available for withdrawal to your bank account.
