To add a bank account to your MonsterPay account, follow these steps:

1. Login to your MonsterPay account
2. Click My Account tab
3. Click the Profile link
4. Click Bank Accounts link under Financial Information section
5. Click the Add button
6. Complete the form and click the Add Bank Account button
