How do I refund a buyer?
To process a refund, you may follow these steps:
- Login to your MonsterPay account
- On your Overview page, click on the relevant transaction you wish to refund
- Click the Refund button
- Complete the form and click the Process Refund button
Please note that you will require the following information:
- Amount to refund
- Missing middle digits of the card PAN
- Expiry date
- CVC number
- Reason for refund
Should you encounter any problems, please contact Customer Service and request a refund.
