Why does MonsterPay require the Proof of Delivery?
Firstly, what are Proof of Deliveries?
Answer: Proof of Deliveries are courier waybill or postal receipts that shows that the order has been delivered to your customer.
For some orders we may request that you send us the Proof of Delivery. Having the proof of delivery allows us to promptly respond to queries from your customers and their bank. It also allows us to better protect you from fraudulent transactions.
To better protect you and avoid withdrawal delays in the future, please always send us the Proof of Delivery for all orders that you receive.
