How do I refund a buyer?

To process a refund, you may follow these steps:

  1. Login to your MonsterPay account
  2. On your Overview page, click on the relevant transaction you wish to refund
  3. Click the Refund button
  4. Complete the form and click the Process Refund button

Please note that you will require the following information:

  • Amount to refund
  • Missing middle digits of the card PAN
  • Expiry date
  • CVC number
  • Reason for refund

Should you encounter any problems, please contact Customer Service and request a refund.
