What if my personal message is wrong?
If after logging in to your MonsterPay Account, you find that your personal message is wrong then these are the steps that you need to take to change your password immediately:
- Go to www.MonsterPay.com by typing the URL into your web browser.
- Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link in the login box.
- Complete the steps to reset your password. Remember not to use the same password again.
